Observation

There were staff employed for longer than three months who had not completed applicable training requirements. There were staff who could potentially count in ratio without current adult and pediatric first aid and CPR certifications ( Adbullah, Salma, Yusuf Ishaque). There were staff without training in blood borne pathogens (Salma and Abdullah Ishaque). There were staff who could serve or prepare food without food handler permit (Zubair, Yusuf, Shimrote,Abdallah, Salma Ishaque) There were staff who did not complete trainings in mandated reporting, emergency preparedness, abusive head trauma, or serving children experiencing homelessness (Abdullah and Salma Ishaque) There were assistants/aides employed for longer than three months without Child Care Basics (Abdullah and Salma Ishaque). There were staff without Safe Sleep (Abdullah, Salma, Shimrote, and Zubaiur Ishaque and Habibulnisa Noshad).
